Care este viitorul recrutarii IT din Romania?

Tot am vazut aici discutii legate de job-uri in IT, interviuri si pareri legate de recrutarea IT din Romania. I know - the struggle is real…

De ceva timp lucram la o platforma care sa faciliteze recrutarea IT si, in acelasi timp, sa rezolve problemele care apar foarte des in procesele de recrutare (probleme de care ne-am lovit si noi in ultimii ani). Acesta a fost motivul pentru care am construit Comet - a developer jobs platform unde inginerii au acces la toate detaliile legate de proiect si salariu inainte de a accepta un interviu. Companiile aplica la ingineri iar tu ca si developer poti alege daca vrei sa participi sau nu. Partea buna este ca matching-ul este facut noi, tocmai pentru a evita situatia in care primesti invitatii pentru job-uri care nu au nici o legatura cu background-ul tau.

Companiile de pe platforma vor fi, in principal, startup-uri (din UE & US) insa si companii de produs ce au birou in Romania sau vor sa se extinda aici. Rolurile pot fi prin atat prin contract de munca cat si prin PFA/SRL, fully-remote sau cu birou in Romania, si vom avea si optiunea de relocare in alta tara din Europa.

O sa fim live pe 29 octombrie insa pana atunci va puteti inscrie pe platforma si sa fiti primii care vor afla de lansarea oficiala.

Conteaza mult pentru noi parerea inginerilor asa ca astept feedback-ul si intrebarile voastre aici. :smiley:

Nice, m-am inscris si eu la notificare.
O mica sugestie - dupa ce te inscrii nu-ti apare nici un mesaj ci doar se schimba statusul butonului (greu de observat). Apoi dupa cateva secunde acel status dispare si butonul e iar “notify me”.

Nu vreau sa fiu rau dar “# Join Europe’s developer first jobs platform” … https://www.talent.io au acelasi model de business si ii stiu eu personal de cel putin un an.

By no means are we claiming to be the “first” developer jobs platform, but a “developer-first” jobs platform. There is difference between the two, and where the word “first” is place in that sentence.

Indeed Talent.io is a pretty good jobs platform in their own right, but what we’re going to build in the next 24 months is something quite different. To give you a hint, “come for the jobs, stay for the community”

If that is the case please change the wording on the front page to developer-first as its confusing.

Also in all the examples of jobs you have there all salaries ar in monthly net, which is a very romanian thing, so unless you are strictly targeting the ro market i would change them to yearly brutto.

Perhaps a hyphen might help, “developer-first” rather than “developer first”, but either way, the word “first” always follows the subject “developer”. It was an aesthetic choice to omit the hyphen. The issue is that it’s addressed to non native English speakers, and the use of a hyphen might confuse users even more, especially if read quickly, like you did and wrongly assume it says “the first” developer jobs platform. Thanks for the feedback, if we receive more of the same, we’ll surely change it.

Indeed it is a Romanian, and Eastern European thing. You’ll notice all the names are also Romania (I’m actually also half Romanian). We’ve geared it to the local/regional market on purpose. The plan is launch our marketplace hyper-locally to build out deep supply-side liquidity before internationalising it, upon which we will change how salaries are illustrated as well as all the Romanian names. There will also be a salary calculator for each country to compute gross/net salaries :slight_smile:

Recrutarea IT nu se limiteaza doar la developeri, se cauta testeri, system engineers, PM-i, PO-s, tot felul de pozitii diferite de clasicul developer. Poate ar trebui sa generalizati formularea, deoarece pare ca va autolimitati la roluri de developer.

Sunt curios daca o sa aiba succes o astfel de initiativa, deoarece nu este prima incercare de a publica range-uri salariale alaturi de joburi. Bitjobs din Cluj au incercat acum cativa ani, fara succes, o astfel de platforma. Parca bestjobs sau ejobs au si ei range-uri salariale, dar nu sunt folosite in mod consistent.

Ce fel de informatii vor publica inginerii astfel incat companiile sa aplice la ei?

inginerii isi vor putea face profilul lor care va fi foarte asemanator cu un CV - si noi oferim suport ca CV-urile respective sa fie cat mai relevante pentru proiectele pe care isi doreste developerul respectiv sa lucreze.
