Cum transformi o idee intr-un produs cand nu dispui de resurse?

Cand ai o idee de produs dar nu prea ai experienta cand vine vorba de implementare si nici nu dispui de resurse, cam care ar fi pasii pe care ar trebui sa-i urmezi ca sa obtii ajutor?

Cum abordezi oamenii care ar putea sa te ajute, cand prima ta grija e ca ei sa nu-ti fure ideea, iar a lor e ca s-ar putea sa munceasca sau sa piarda bani degeaba?

An idea combined with successful execution can change the world. An idea by itself is worthless. It’s one reason VC’s are hesitant or refuse to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDA’s). Why bother? They don’t have time to implement your idea. And if your idea is so easy to implement that the only barrier to entry is competitors not knowing about the idea, then they don’t want to invest in it. An idea only has value when combined with proper implementation, which includes the right team in place to perform the implementation.

Trebuie sa vi cu ceva: resurse, acces, experienta in domeniu, know-how util dezvoltarii (marketing, bizdev, sales etc.). Daca am stabilit ca o idee in sine nu valoreaza mai nimic, persoana care vine doar cu idea are un aport foarte mic la procesul lung si complicat de dezvoltare a unui produs.
