Varianta scurtă: fiecare post/pagină are un PR, iar API-ul github permite citirea comentariilor de la PR-uri fără a fi nevoie de vreo autentificare.

No, please don’t do this - it’s wrong, the fact that disqus sucks does not count as an incentive to misuse another service. What do GH PRs / comments have to do with blogs? What does Git have to do with disqus?
